On Time & Under Budget
My association with Dwaine Bexson started in 1978 when he was with Craftex Construction. At that time he was primarily handling our maintenance on the buildings. Over the past 25 years, Dwaine Bexson, both when he was a partner at Craftex and then later on his own as Bexson Construction, has done all our work. This has included maintenance, new buildings, additions, and renovations for a total of 11 of our projects.
I have travelled extensively for 50 years looking at implement dealership buildings and for better ideas. When we want a new building, a renovation, or an addition, we always have an idea of what we want. Often they come up with a completely different idea that works even better for us, looks better, and often at less cost. Our last 3 projects were done in the last 4 years when workers and materials were in short supply, but all were completed on time, under budget, and looked better than we had hoped for.
Bexson Construction have been instrumental in changing the implement dealers service department image from a glorified dark and black blacksmiths shop to a bright and shining service department like the Lexus car dealers are so proud of. I, along with everyone at Agland, am just as proud of ours.
